The Rolex King Midas was a limited run spanning over roughly 15 years inspired by the Greek Parthenon. Here we have the 3rd generation Rolex King Midas ref. 4315 which were produced over 2 years from 1977-1979 with ‘Cellini’ on the dial. It features the classic asymmetrical case, heavy integrated bracelet, manual wind movement, ‘King Midas’ engraved side of case, single fold clasp & more aggressive tapering on the bracelet due to 1970’s rise in gold prices.
