AUTHENTICATION & GUARANTEE

Every pre-owned watch we sell comes with a 12 month mechanical warranty and 100% guaranteed authentic.

This gives every customer the piece of mind when buying vintage watches with Doble Vintage watches. Additionally if a mechanical problem arises through no fault of your own, then we will repair over the duration of this warranty. However if you cause accidental damage to the watch or our watchmaker suspects accidental damage, we will not be liable for any further repairs free of charge. We do not guarantee our vintage watches to be water resistant or recommend that they are worn in water.

PAYMENT

All prices listed are based on wire payments in GBP as we are based in England. We also accept the equivalent amounts in USD & EUR to save exchange rate fees for customers. Additionally we accept card payments for 3% on top of the value listed for the watch.

SHIPPING

All items are carefully packed and insured via Royal Mail within the UK and DHL for international. Please keep in mind that for shipments to the EU, and overseas, Doble Vintage Watches are required to declare the retail value of the order which might be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Potential taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Please note returns won’t be accepted if we have sized the gold bracelet with our in-house goldsmith. However in other circumstances a return must be made within 5 days of receiving the watch and is at the cost of the customer with insured Royal Mail inside the UK or DHL insured postage outside the UK. We will process the refund once we can confirm that it is in the same condition as it was when it left our office.
