AUTHENTICATION & GUARANTEE

Every watch comes with a 12 month mechanical warranty. This gives every customer the piece of mind when buying vintage watches with us. Additionally if a mechanical problem arises through no fault of your own, then we will repair over the duration of this warranty. However if you cause accidental damage to the watch or our watchmaker suspects accidental damage, we will not be liable for any further repairs free of charge. We do not guarantee our watches to be water resistant or recommend that they are worn in water.

Box & Papers?

Not many vintage watches retain original papers or boxes but if they do it will be clearly highlighted in the listing. All watches that don’t retain the original box will come in the Doble Vintage red branded box.

Authentication document:

The invoice will feature the watch serial and any other relevant information.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Listed prices are based on payment by bank wire. Card payments are accepted with a 3% processing fee. An invoice will be issued reflecting the payment method you select.

Order Confirmation:

We do not hold any watches and only marked as sold once we receive wire confirmation or a screenshot of the completed transfer.

Shipping & Taxes:

All watches are shipped from the UK via DHL Express at full declared value. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders collected in the UK or shipped to a UK address, a mandatory 20% VAT is added in accordance with UK tax regulations.

Many of our watches are sourced internationally and do not qualify for the UK margin scheme. If a watch does qualify, this will be clearly noted in the listing, and the 20% VAT will not apply.
